I can usually provide a meal at short notice, depending on activities on
the farm, but can do better if given a day or two's warning!.
Meals come with lots of fresh vegetables and potatoes (mashed, boiled, baked
or gratin) or rice. Where possible I use our own organic produce; otherwise
it is sourced locally from non-intensive, 'environmentally friendly' systems.
Teatime
A plate of my hot-from- the-oven scones, with
clotted cream and home-made strawberry jam, £10 for 18 scones.
Or (maximum of six) come to the farmhouse kitchen and sit round the table
eating drop scones or pancakes as fast as I can cook them on the top of the
Aga, £4 a head.
Supper
£10 a head, for a minimum of six people, for main course and
pudding. I can cook for less than six; but may have to charge more per
head. (eg for 4 people I'd charge £50).
